Email marketing is the easiest way companies can reach out to their customers today. Most companies are well-aware of that and they have campigns in place. They regularly send out emails to millions of people, including you and me. Unfortunately, most of them struggle with low email open rates.
I tend to erase 70 % of emails I get – the ones from businesses, at least. It’s not because I’m not interested or I wouldn’t buy. Most of the time, it’s because I have no incentive whatsoever to click on the email and read it through.
